There is a FREE SHIPPING, on all fabrics shipped  within the U.K Mainland & all Fabric Prices are including vat.

*** PLEASE NOTE - Non-U.K Mainland may be an additional shipping cost as may the Highlands on large items. Please contact us if this maybe the case &  you require a price

We will also ship to Ireland but there will be an additional shipping charge which will be kept to a minimum. Please request a price prior to ordering  & we will do our best to accomodate you.

We use a secure courier -TNT UK,  with the tracking number emailed to you when we dispatch  & delivery  is normally within 2-4 working days after placing your order. 

The couriers we use are signature based and require someone to be there upon delivery. If you are not there when the courier delivers they will leave a card and you can get in contact with them to arrange a suitable delivery time.

REASONS FOR NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Unfortunately we do not ship Internationally (except Ireland)as the shipping cost is difficult to get accurate as once the weight is over 2kg the cost goes up drastically and we are also charged by volume of the parcel.

Our sincere apologies if this is the case but we can ship it to a U.K address if this is any help to you. 

WHY MAY THE HIGHLANDS BE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST ?

A Delivery to the Highlands will only be an additional shipping cost if it is a larger order as couriers charge us more for deliveries to addresses in this area. We will always contact you first if this is the case & try to ship "Standard Parcel " with the Post Office to avoid any extra cost where we can.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return your item within 21 days if not happy with your purchase. You should expect to receive your refund as soon as we have the returned product. We DO NOT pay any returns costs, if unsure please request a sample as all shades have been matched on a lap-top accurately but occasionally shades can look different when viewed on a Monitor.
